By creating an account you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance

By registering for or using BMS SUITE ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BMS SUITE is a cloud-based business management platform providing inventory management, sales, purchases, finance, payroll, production, and related tools. The Service is provided on a subscription basis under various plans.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to enter contracts on behalf of your organisation.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
One account per organisation. Sharing accounts between organisations is prohibited.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Access to paid features requires an active subscription.
Subscription fees are charged in advance for the selected billing period.
Prices are listed in TZS and USD. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days notice.
Payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Your subscription automatically expires at the end of the billing period unless renewed.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
Upload malicious code, viruses, or disruptive content.
Resell or sublicense access to the Service without prior written consent.

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of all business data you enter into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process that data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by BMS SUITE and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BMS SUITE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or if we have reason to believe your use harms the Service or other users. You may cancel your account at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Tanzania.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email for material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
